Chairman of the Holding Company for Water and Wastewater Praises Innovations by Technical School Students at the IWWI Exhibition
Eng. Mamdouh Raslan, Chairman of the Holding Company for Water and Wastewater, commended the innovative contributions of students from the Technical Secondary School for Water and Wastewater in Alexandria during their outstanding participation in the Alexandria Water Company’s booth at the IWWI Exhibition.
The students showcased an innovative electronic irrigation device designed to measure soil moisture levels. This device enables efficient irrigation management, aiming to conserve water and enhance agricultural productivity in alignment with national efforts to achieve sustainable development.
Additionally, the students presented a sophisticated device for remotely controlling electronic devices and electrical panels. This device allows for turning devices on and off, adjusting their temperatures, and providing real-time data about their operational status, thereby improving efficiency and reducing malfunctions.
Eng. Raslan expressed his pride in the advanced level demonstrated by the students, noting that their innovations represent an inspiring model of young Egyptian talent contributing to technological solutions for critical sectors. He emphasized that supporting such young talents aligns with the Holding Company’s strategy to enhance technical education and develop national expertise to keep pace with modern advancements.
