The Greater Cairo Sanitation Company participated in the IWWI Exhibition for Water Technology, showcasing the latest advancements and technologies in the field of sanitation and service improvement through modern technology.
Eng. Adel Hassan, Chairman of the Greater Cairo Sanitation Company, emphasized the company’s commitment to presenting its digital transformation system for complaint management. The system utilizes advanced digital technologies such as CMS, integrated with GPS systems through tablet devices, enabling real-time complaint tracking and efficient team deployment. This system was developed in collaboration with Penta B.
During the exhibition, the company also highlighted its occupational safety and health systems designed to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for sanitation workers. These systems aim to enhance operational efficiency and minimize risks.
As part of its awareness activities, the company presented initiatives to educate citizens on the importance of maintaining sanitation networks and using them correctly. This included the dissemination of informational materials and awareness campaigns.
The company also showcased a state-of-the-art vehicle for non-invasive repair work and modern equipment and vehicles used for maintenance and repair activities, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery to citizens.
